Lenovo is going to enter the ultra mobile PC (UMPC) market with its S10 Eee PC Competitor. With Dell recently announcing its mini Inspiron series, Lenovo's entry adds competition to a market that is dominated by the Eee PC.
The S10 will feature Intel's newest Atom processor, a 10 inch LED screen, with Linux or Windows XP. The 512 MB of RAM will cost $400 with an 80 GB hard drive while the 1 GB of RAM and 160 GB hard drive will go for $450. Black, white, and red color options are available.
According to Gizmodo, the full specs are:

• Intel Integrated Graphics GMA 950
• Intel N270 CPU 1.6 GHz & Intel 945GSE Chipset
• Large HDD capacity 160G 9.5mm 2.5” SATA HDD (5400 rpm)
• Battery up to 3 hours with 3-cell battery, and up to 6 hours with 6-cell battery
There will possibly be a 9 inch model for release at a later time.
